Portable Radiation Detector

Electronic Personal Dosimeter SPD-9300

  • IEC 61526 (2010)
  • Real-time radiation dose display
  • Compact size
  • Alarm functions (radiation warning, battery alert)
  • Designed to support both “System Mode” for integration with exposure management systems at nuclear power plants and facilities, and “User Mode” for standalone operation

Applications

Designed to minimize worker radiation exposure in radiation work environments by applying the basic radiation protection principle (ALARA), suitable for nuclear facilities, non-destructive testing (NDT), hospitals, anti-terror industries, emergency rescue services, and defense sectors.

Developed using SFT Technology’s patented technologies, including “PIN Semiconductor Detector on Low-Resistance Si Substrate” and “Semiconductor Personal Dosimeter Using Dose Conversion Method.”

Overview

  • SPD-9300 is a precision radiation measurement device that provides users with real-time radiation dose information while transmitting various data to an exposure management system through infrared (IR) or wireless (RF) communication for systematic radiation exposure management.
  • Designed to support both System Mode for integration with exposure management systems at nuclear power plants and nuclear facilities, and Stand-Alone Mode for independent operation.

Features

  • Complies with IEC 61526:2010 international standard
  • Radiological environmental testing by KRISS and KAERI
  • EMI/EMC certification and performance testing by KTL
  • Semiconductor sensor applied
  • Excellent X-ray and γ-ray response speed
  • Compact size
